Panadol Soluble Lemon tablets break down in contact with water, dissolving into a lemon-flavoured oral solution. The active ingredient in Panadol Soluble Lemon is paracetamol (500mg per tablet). Panadol Soluble Lemon relieves fever and aches related to cold and flu, and mild to moderate pain including:

  • Headache (including migraine)
  • Toothache
  • Sore throat
  • Muscle ache
  • Period pain

Panadol Mini Caps provide fast, effective temporary relief of tooth pain, headaches and body aches. They are also an effective medication for the temporary relief of period pain, and pain and discomfort associated with osteoarthritis, migraines and cold & flu symptoms.

Panadol Mini Caps also reduce fever. Like other Panadol tablets and caplets, Panadol Mini Caps are gentle on the stomach – so much so that they are a suitable pain relief medication for people with stomach ulcers.

How to use
Drop the Panadol Soluble Lemon tablet(s) into at least half a glass of water. Wait until the tablet(s) are fully dissolved and have stopped fizzing, then drink the resulting oral solution.

Age Dosage
9 to 11 years old

1 tablet dissolved in at least half a glass of water.


No more than 4 doses in any 24-hour period. Maximum duration of continued use without medical advice: 3 days.


Maximum daily dose: 60mg/kg to be administered in divided doses of 10-15mg/kg throughout the 24-hour period.

Adults (including the elderly) and children aged 12 years and over 1 to 2 tablets dissolved in at least half a glass of water every 4-6 hours, as required (up to a maximum of 8 tablets in any 24-hour period)

Each tablet contains 427mg of sodium (845mg of sodium per 2 tablet dose). To be taken into consideration by patients on a controlled sodium diet. Contains aspartame, a source of phenylalanine. This may be harmful to people with an inherited metabolic disease called phenylketonuria.

Incorrect use could be harmful. Paracetamol is an analgesic and an antipyretic. For treatment of mild-to-moderate pain including headache, migraine, muscle ache, dysmenorrhoea, sore throat, musculoskeletal pain, fever and pain after vaccination, pain after dental procedures / tooth extraction, toothache, pain of osteoarthritis and relief of fever. Consult your healthcare professional if symptoms persist.

 

How should I store this medicine?

You should store Panadol Soluble Lemon below 30 degrees Celsius.
